Section 4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• We accept payments via:

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • EMI options (if applicable)
• Payment Security: Transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant We do not store your card details.
• Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment validation.

Section 5. Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: 2- 3 business days (may extend during festivals/sales).
• Shipping Partners: We use reputed courier services (Delhivery, FedEx, etc.).
• Tracking Details: Sent via email/SMS once dispatched.
• Delivery Timeline: Estimated 3-7 business days (subject to courier delays).
• International Shipping: Estimated 18-20 business days (subject to courier delays).

Section 6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligibility:

• Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business daysto the original payment method.
• For defective/wrong items, we may offer a replacement(subject to stock availability).

Section 7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting customer care.
• No cancellations allowed once the order is shipped.
